CA Technologies Introduces Executive Insight at CA World 2011

New CA Technologies solution provides executives real-time IT service insight needed to support the agile enterprise.

Executive Insight officially launched today at CA World 2011 in Las Vegas.

Since CA APM is the first data source for Executive Insight, this is a great forum for me to highlight some activities at CA World. Aside from making available tablets for attendees to “play” with the new product, we’ve also designed sessions, labs, and invited customers to join us in panel discussions.

Like our new product, our intent is to make these activities interactive. Our “Vision and Roadmap” session won’t be us talking AT the customer, but a town hall style discussion, getting the audience involved. We invited our own design gurus to conduct a User-Centered design workshop with our customers, in addition to 1-on-1 sessions at the Design Center next to the Exhibition floor. And of course our labs, designed to give our customers hands-on experience installing, connecting, and designing with the product.

Susan Tran joined CA Technologies in 2007, bringing with her a diverse background in high-tech and more than 15 years of experience. Since joining CA Technologies, Susan has held various roles in Technical and Product Marketing focusing on CA’s Service Assurance solutions. Prior to CA Technologies, Susan held various technical and management positions spanning from Software Development, IT Management and Business Operations at Northrop Grumman, Varian Medical Systems and Borland Software.
